That love for fitness carried through to her young adult years when she got her first “real” fitness job as a step aerobics instructor. Since that job over 25 years ago, she has taught pump, hip hop, tae-bo, water aerobics, Zumba and PiYO, to name a few. Currently, she is a certified group exercise instructor, Zumba Instructor, Personal Trainer, PiYO Live Instructor, and a BeachBody Coach. We welcome her to the new Steady for Life Balance Class in Meridianville!
