A Lettter from Steady for Life regarding Coronavirus
Dear Steady for Life participants,
I hope this find everyone healthy and enjoying the warm temperatures! It looks like it will be a while before the virus peaks and flattens. At the time of this writing, Governor Ivey has just made the announcement that there will be no normal school classes the rest of the semester. I choose to be optimistic that our churches and businesses will begin to reopen and resurge in May. We will not hold classes the month of April but will remain cautiously optimistic about May and communicate with you again before that time. Please know that we always have your best interest at heart and trust you have received through email the exercise recommendations we prepared for you to do at home and/or the new Zoom on-line classes that we are offering through the free app at Zoom.us.
All the best of health to you,
Kim Davis, Executive Director
Steady for Life
P.S. Here is a picture of our awesome class in Madison taking charge of their health and at the same time helping Steady for Life out by bringing in hand sanitizer, Kleenex and celebrating their hands-free friendships!
